11:15h (approx.) Arriving at KARTAL winery
11:30 – 13:00h find out how and where the wine is born through a wine tour at the winery Kartal, led by the hosts themselves. Wine tasting selection of 6 wine labels. With passion and pleasure, they will help you discover the secrets of modern winery in a family atmosphere. A complete pleasure awaits in the tasting room, furnished in a cozy and traditional ambient, where you can taste the Kartal wines accompanied by perfect atmosphere and music.
13:40h – Arrival at BRZANOV Winery (welcoming and short break)
14:00-17:00h Presentation and explanation of the concept of the winery by the amazing host and winemaker himself. Tasting of 7 wine labels from the portfolio of Brzanov Winery, in combination with 3 course lunch – traditional local, fresh prepared food by the Owner. Experience seasonal vegetables and fruits with the taste of charcoal grilled fish or meat and homemade bread.
17:30h Arrival at KAMNIK Winery
Visit of the state-of-the art winemaking and cellar units at Kamnik Winery.
Nestled in a hilly area overseeing the city of Skopje, Kamnik vineyards walking through is one of the most breath-taking sights, leading to the castle-shaped winery and cellar.
Tasting of one of the most established and awarded Macedonian wines – 3 wine labels paired with delicious canapés.
19:00h: Finish of amazing tasting day in the wineries in city Skopje and departure to Tikves Wine District (Driving time is approx. 1h 30min)
20:30h Arriving in the accommodation in the city of Kavadarci (Tikves Wine District)
You will be picked up in front of your accommodation at 9:30pm.
10.00- 11.30h: Visiting the Archeological site of Stobi– one of the ancient, monumental sites of significance. Transcends the winemaking tradition and culture for centuries to today’s importance of the winemaking in Tikves Wine District.
11:50h Arrival at NAUMCHEVI Winery (short break for restrooms)
12:00-13:15h Nice, cozy and traditional winery located in the city of Kavadarci. You will be welcomed by the Owner and Winemaker in the winery and guided through his cellar with very interesting story about the tradition of winemaking in their region.
Tasting of 5 wine labels from the portfolio of Naumchevi winery, combined with local food – tasty cheese and traditional dishes.
13:00h – Arrival at the Vineyard Site of DANE HERMES Winery
(Before the visit of the second winery, Dane Hermes Winery, you will have a spot on their vineyards. Amazing view on hilly vineyard sites to enjoy the sight of gentle slopes)
13:30h Arrival at DANE HERMES Winery
13:30 – 16:00h Visit of this boutique and state-of the art winery located in the tiny village of Pepelishte.
Tasting of magnificent wines made from own vineyards with total control of production from the vines to the bottle. Included tasting of 5 wine labels from the winery with 3- course meal luncheon.
16:30-18:00h: Visit of magnificent small boutique winery Popovi.
Tasting of 5 wines which are internationally awarded with adorable hosting of the owners of the winery.
18:15h – Departure back to Skopje and drop off is back to Flower Market in center of the city.
