5. SERVICE DELIVERY/SERVICE PROVISION POLICY

Delivery Policy

• WineEscape currently offers tourism service delivery within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
• Services are provided according to pre-scheduled dates published on the website and confirmed by the customer.
• Note: A minimum of 4 participants is required to organize a wine tour, unless it is a tailored tour.
• Custom-made services are provided based on client preferences and confirmed scheduling.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are included in the total package price. No additional delivery fees apply.

6. REFUND POLICY

Terms and Conditions of Sale

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) including VAT. For online payments, the prices are shown in Macedonian Denars (MKD) based on the current exchange rate, and customers are notified accordingly.

Upon completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

• Credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa)
• Bank transfer (pro forma invoice)
• If a wine tour is canceled, the customer may choose to reschedule or request an 80% refund at least 5 working days before the start of the tour.
• For Tailored Made Tours that are organized upon request, payment of 30% is required in advance and in case of any cancelations the deposit is not refundable.
• If a wine tour is canceled, the customer may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.
• Regardless of the reason for not using the service or requesting changes, customers must submit a written explanation via email to: info@wineescape.com.mk
