Wine Tasting Experience
The wine tasting session is the highlight of the visit. Jostela Winery produces seven types of wines, divided into two production lines: single variate wines and limited quantity cuvée wines. Guests can taste a range of wines, including Žilavka, Cabernet Franc Rosé, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Additionally, they can enjoy the limited edition cuvée wines such as Zunica, Nuit (cuvée rosé), and Gaudium (cuvée barrique). Each tasting offers a unique exploration of flavors and styles, showcasing the winery’s commitment to quality.
In addition to wines, Jostela Winery also produces brandies and liqueurs, adding an extra dimension to the tasting experience. Guests can savor these alongside the wines, further enriching their visit. The possibility of organizing tastings in the vineyard or the cellar, depending on the guests’ preferences, adds a personalized touch to the experience.
A sommelier or winemaker guides guests through the tasting, providing insights into the unique characteristics and production methods of each wine. This helps guests appreciate the subtleties and complexities of Jostela’s wines, enhancing their overall experience.
Jostela Winery is known for its warm hospitality and inviting ambiance.
