Domaine Lepovo

Situated on the picturesque Lepovo Hill near Negotino city in the renowned Tikves wine district, Domain Lepovo is a boutique winery owned by Tikveš Winery.  Established in 2013, the estate spans 15 hectares, featuring 30-year-old Vranec vines alongside newer plantings of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.

Known for its meticulous approach to winemaking, Domain Lepovo emphasizes quality and innovation, creating small-batch wines that reflect the region’s unique climate and soil composition.

Slit soils and dry farming are characteristic for the Domaine vineyards, with ambient yeasts emphasizing the uniqueness of the terroir made into wine. The small, very nicely equipped cellar showcases styles of the winemaker, concrete egg shaped fermenters or stainless steel one, ambient yeast propagator and nice French oak barrels of different sizes. The combination of sandy and clay soils, coupled with Mediterranean breezes, fosters a slow ripening process, resulting in wines with intense aromas and flavors. With a focus on sustainability, each bottle from Domain Lepovo tells a story of precision and passion.
