Wine Cellar Popovi is an independently-owned winery located in Kavadarci, in the heart of the Tikvesh wine region. Established in 2018, this small winery has quickly built a strong reputation for producing high-quality wines that are now enjoyed across the Macedonian market. The cellar is owned by passionate wine enthusiasts Goce Popov and his wife, Dr.Vesna Cemerska-Popova, who set out to share their love for premium wines by creating their own line of exceptional wine and spirits.
Though still in its early stages, Wine Cellar Popovi maintains a limited annual production of around 4,000 bottles, allowing for meticulous craftsmanship in each bottle.
Despite being a relatively new player, Wine Cellar Popovi has already garnered several awards, underscoring its promise and potential for growth in the wine industry.

Wine Tasting Experience

Monastery Winery’s wines are described as works of art, with each barrel influenced by different elements and resulting in distinct styles. The wines range from pure red Romanticism to the precise flavors of Realism, and some are part of the Renaissance collection, known for their exceptional quality.
